Click Light By Door Lock

Problem: When I would come to put my key in the door when it is dark I had a hard time finding the keyhole.
Action: By sticking a small press LED light above the lock. I could press it when I was there and could see to put the key in. However, one of the cautions that they had on the light was to not look directly at it, particularly the center of the light where the LEDs were, and light would radiate out so there would be glare when you looked down toward the light. I placed some sticky labels over the very center of the light so the intense beam was not shining in my eyes. And then I added a collar around the outside edge that would basically allow the light to go onto the key but not go directly into my eyes.
Result: It worked great! I could easily find the lock and the key without fumbling around and it saved me from having a light on my keychain or using my cell phone flashlight app.
